Curriculum4Less.com will exchange book and video products returned to us within 30 days of purchase for website credit only. Absolutely no returns are accepted on computer software. Absolutely no returns are accepted on t-shirts or other apparel.

Note: Curriculum4less.com markets pre-owned curriculum materials. That means these items are used. Unless specifically represented as new, you should expect all merchandise to have characteristics of used merchandise - including but not limited to markings, writings on test pages and wear/tear consistent with a child's use of the item.

Notify us in advance prior to making your return as we may be able to resolve the issue you have with your product before incurring additional shipping costs. All exchanges must be received in the same condition as when it was purchased. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Packages sent without an authorization number will be refused.

Always ship your returns via U.S. Mail, UPS, or Fedex. We do not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.

Curriculum4Less.com does not refund original shipping charges or minimum order charges on exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the new items, as well as a minimum order charge of $2.50 on orders with merchandise totals of less than $10.
